About this stretch
Twelve kilometres, about two hours on the water, and every rapid on the friendly side of exciting. Clubhouse is the stretch we run when a group has half a day, mixed fitness levels, or people who are quietly nervous about the whole idea.
The run opens with the Club House rapid itself, rolls through a few splashy Grade II features, and finishes with the same take-out beach the longer trips use — so nobody feels like they got the junior version.
It is the workhorse of our corporate outings: enough teamwork on the paddles to be a genuine group experience, short enough to pair with lunch, a beach volleyball session or a briefing back at camp.
