About this partner

About Ma Ganga Bungy

Ma Ganga Bungy is not just the highest bungee jump in India at 219 metres — it is arguably the most spectacular. The platform sits above Devprayag, the sacred town where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganga. You look down at two rivers of distinctly different colours — one turquoise, one emerald — braiding together in the gorge below. No other bungee site in the country has a backdrop like it.

The jump itself is 219 metres of freefall: roughly six seconds before the cord engages, with the ancient town and the river confluence growing beneath you. The full-length video of your jump is included in the package. GoPro and cinematic footage options are available for an additional fee. Complimentary transfer from Tapovan, Rishikesh, is available if requested by 8 PM the previous evening.

This is the most committing of our four partners — it takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to drive from Rishikesh. Most guests pair it with a day in Devprayag or the Devprayag Expedition rafting run if they really want to earn the experience. Namo Gangay co-ordinates your booking and the optional transport with the Ma Ganga Bungy team. All jump operations and safety are the team's own responsibility.

Important note

Namo Gangay co-ordinates your booking enquiry with Ma Ganga Bungy. All bungy jump operations, safety checks, and equipment are the full responsibility of Ma Ganga Bungy. We recommend them as a vetted partner — not as our own activity.
