What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, phone number, email, preferred date, trip choice, group size and message you type. At base we collect the participant declaration required for river operations.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, run your trip safely, and contact you about the booking. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Who sees it
Our office and the guides running your trip. Enquiries sent from this site travel over WhatsApp or email, so those providers handle the message under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for the current season plus one year. Participant declarations are retained as long as required for insurance and regulatory purposes.
Photos and video
We may photograph trips for promotional use. Tell us before departure if you would rather not appear, or write to us later to have an image taken down.
Your choices
Write to raft@namogangay.example to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
